A regular session of the City Council is held Wednesday, August 7, 1991, at eight eighteen o’clock p.m. All the members are present except Councilman Rabbitt and President Houle presides.
The reading of the records of July 24, 25, 30, and August 1, 1991, are dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
