City Council, May 29, 1990.
A special session of the City Council is held Tuesday, May 29, 1990, at five ten o’clock p.m. All the members are present except President Houle, Councilmen Doyle and Rabbitt, and President Pro Tempore Barry presides.
The following Ordinance is read for the second time and passed on a roll call vote, as follows:
Ayes - President Houle, Councilmembers Barry, Calista, Kinder, Robert Lynch and Vieira.
Noes - Councilman William Lynch.
Upon Motion made by Councilman William Lynch, seconded by Councilman Kinder, the following meeting is adjourned at five thirteen o’clock p.m.
