STORMWATER UTILITY FEE AND SEWER OBLIGATIONS FOR FY 2028

RE:      Option 1:  Implement a stormwater utility fee based on impervious surface area, with stormwater costs removed from sewer rates.

Option 2: Continue funding stormwater through the existing sewer rate structure.

The workshop will review how the proposed fee is calculated, summarize public feedback received during the three community workshops, discuss implementation considerations, and outline the Council actions that would be required under each option.

 (No individual property charges will be reviewed during the workshop)
