The public hearing was declared open. Robert Plane and Steve Ostiguy, Church Community Housing, addressed the Council to answer questions and explain the application and project. COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to close the public hearing and adopt the accompanying resolution. Seconded by COUNCILOR NAPOLITANO and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.

COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to approve the license. Seconded by COUNCILOR NAPOLITANO. COUNCILOR CARLIN had questions regarding parking and traffic. Sergeant Jason Head, addressed the Council regarding the event. The motion to approve was VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
