COUNCILOR CARLIN moved to continue the item and requested a representative for the applicant is present. Seconded by COUNCILOR SMYTH and voted 5-1 with opposed.

2. Victualing License Expansion- Extended Hours, Broadway Mini Mart Corp, d/b/a Broadway Mini Mart, 316 Broadway to be open extended hours daily between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. (Hearing)
The public hearing was declared open.
The applicant was not present. COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to continue the application to the next Council meeting and requested the applicant be present to answer questions. Seconded by COUNCILOR PINNOCK and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
3. Victualing License, Expansion, Cru Café, LLC, d/b/a Cru Café, 1 Casino Terrace, to expand into the adjacent unit consisting of 15 tables and 60 seats
COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to approve the license. Seconded by COUNCILOR NAPOLITANO and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
4. Victualing License, Expansion, The Preservation Society of Newport County, d/b/a The Elms Carriage House, 367 Bellevue Ave., to expand the food service to include hot food and add an additional 13 tables and 52 seats outdoors

COUNCILOR SMYTH introduced the resolution and moved for its passage. Seconded by COUNCILOR PINNOCK. Discussion occurred among the Council. The following members from the public addressed the Council: Emily Conklin, 7 Gwynn Court and Jim Madson.
