WORKSHOP RE: BUDGET OVERVIEW

The following items of business, filed with the City Clerk under the Rules of the Council, came before the Council at a workshop held on  April 23, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 43 Broadway, Newport, RI 02840.

 

The CITY CLERK called the Roll and the following members were present:

MAYOR KHAMSYVORAVONG opened the workshop.    Laura Sitrin, Interim Finance Director, addressed the Council to provide the budget overview.  Ryan Duffy, Police Chief, addressed the Council.  Discussion occurred among the Council.
