THE MEETING WILL BE HELD REMOTELY IN COMPLIANCE WITH GOVERNOR RAIMONDO’S EXECUTIVE ORDER 20-25- 1. (a) “ SUCH MEANS MAY INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROVIDING PUBLIC ACCESS THROUGH TELEPHONE, INTERNET, OR SATELLITE ENABLED AUDIO OR VIDEO CONFERENCING OR ANY OTHER TECHNOLOGY THAT ENABLES THE PUBLIC TO CLEARLY FOLLOW THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE PUBLIC BODY WHILE THOSE ACITIVITES ARE OCCURING” .
The following items of business, filed with the City Clerk under the Rules of the Council, will come before the Council at a special meeting to be held in accordance with Governor Raimondo’s Executive Order 20-25 on April 30, 2020 at 4:30 p.m.

CALL TO ORDER
MOTION TO ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE PURPOSES OF DISCUSSING ISSUES RELATING TO THE LEASE, ACQUISITION OR DISPOSITION OF PUBLICLY HELD PROPERTY INVOLVING THE PELL BRIDGE REALIGNMENT AND POSSIBLE LITIGATION ARISING OUT OF THE PELL BRIDGE REALIGNMENT
In accordance with Rhode Island General Laws, Section 42-46-1, as amended, and in accordance with Section 42-46-5
Purposes for Which Meeting May be Closed,
“(a) (2) Sessions pertaining to collective bargaining or litigation, or work sessions pertaining to collective bargaining or litigation” and
“(a) (5) Any discussions or considerations relating to the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes, or of the disposition of publicly held property wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public…”
NOTE: The public will not be able to follow the Council proceedings in Executive Session.
RECONVENE IN PUBLIC SESSION FOR THE TAKING OF ANY VOTES FROM THE EXECUTIVE SESSION AND TO ADJOURN
