ORDINANCES
1. Amending Ordinance No. 2018-05, Appropriating Revenues, re: Increase General Fund Revenues; Increase General Fund Appropriations – Transfer to School Capital (First Reading)
MAYOR BOVA moved to adopt the ordinance on first reading. Seconded by COUNCILOR TAYLOR. Discussion occurred among the Council regarding the project, the contract and the timeline. Colleen Burns Jermain, Superintendent, addressed the Council regarding the project. CITY MANAGER JOSEPH J. NICHOLSON, Jr. Esq. addressed the Council to discuss the project. The vote on the motion to approve was VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
