Pursuant to Section 2-17 of the City Charter of the City of Newport, a special meeting of the Council will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2015, at the Newport Police Department, Assembly Room, 120 Broadway to discuss the following:

To confirm the vote taken in Executive Session held on July 8, 2015, concerning the settlement of the Clarke School loan claim and to authorize the Mayor to execute and deliver agreements and other documents for purchase and assignment of said loan.
