VI. SCHOOL & PROGRAM LOGOS

Individual schools or programs may not create or adopt logos, seals, color schemes, or typography inconsistent with District standards without prior approval from the Superintendent or designee.

VII. APPROVAL & OVERSIGHT

The Superintendent or designee is responsible for implementing this policy, maintaining official brand standards (including colors and fonts), and approving requests for logo usage. The District reserves the right to deny or revoke permission for any use deemed inconsistent with District interests.

External organizations (PTAs/PTOs, booster groups, vendors, nonprofits, municipal partners, media, etc.) must submit a written request identifying: (a) the exact mark(s) requested, (b) purpose, (c) distribution channels, (d) duration, and (e) whether any funds are being raised or items sold. Approval may include conditions (placement, size, disclaimers, end date) and may be revoked at any time.

VIII. LEGAL PROTECTION

The District may register trademarks or service marks as necessary to protect its name, logos, colors, and associated marks. Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of vendor agreements, revocation of usage rights, and/or legal remedies as appropriate.

The consistent and appropriate use of District branding reflects the professionalism, unity, and integrity of our schools and community.
