1. Convene in Open Session

2. Consideration and vote on Motion to convene in Executive Session pursuant to: a.) RIGL 46, 42-46-5 - (a)(2): Sessions pertaining to collective bargaining: NEAM

Public Meeting will convene immediately after the executive session concludes.

 

Executive Session Agenda

 

1.            Engage in collective bargaining with certified staff (NEAM).

2.            Consideration and Vote to Adjourn into public session.

 

4. Reconvene in Open Session

 

Notification to Public of compliance with R.I. Gen Laws 42-46-4&5 as to votes taken (if any) indicating individual members voting for matters in Executive Session.

 

6. Consideration and vote on Motion to seal and close the minutes of the executive session pursuant to RIGL 42-46-7(c) (sections to be sited).
