1.1 Call to Order: Chair Gregory Huet called the School Committee meeting to order at 1:30 pm at Michael S. Pinto Conference Room, 26 Oliphant Lane, Middletown, Rhode Island 02842.

1.2 Determination of Quorum: School Committee Members Present:  Chair Gregory Huet, Tami Holden and Clerk William Nash,   Excused:  Vice-Chair Wendy Heaney, Theresa Spengler

1. Continuation from February 10, 2026 Public Hearing of termination Hearing re Business Manager pursuant to R.I. Gen Laws 16-12.1-1 et seq et seq. & 42-46-5 (a)(1).

 

A stenographic record of the meeting was made and is on file.

 

2. To continue an administrative hearing for the termination hearing on March 4, 2026
