Executive Session was called to order at 3:302p.m. 

·      Legal advice regarding superintendent’s contract terms and out of district placements.

There was no vote taken.

MOTION:  1) Tami Holden, 2) Greg Huet.  To adjourn from Executive Session at 4:42 p.m.  Unanimous vote.
