The Middletown School Committee Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair Theresa Spengler.

Middletown Town Council members present were Council President Paul Rodrigues, Vice President Thomas P. Welch, III, Peter Connerton, Christopher Logan, Dennis Turano, and Barbara VonVillas.

Justin Bernard, representing Colliers, and Matt LaRue, representing HMFH Architects, were present to answer Council inquiries.

ACTION ITEMS

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NUMBER ONE
1) Tami Holden 2) Wendy Heaney.  That the School Committee approve the Resolution authorizing Change Order Number One regarding HMFH’s Architectural Services. Unanimous vote.

ADJOURN FROM MEETING

MOTION:  1) Theresa Spengler 2) Tami Holden  To adjourn from the joint Town Council/ School Committee Meeting at 6:28 p.m.  Unanimous vote.
