Executive Session was called to order at 4:02 p.m. 

 

·         Legal advice regarding a matter of potential; custodian arbitration/litigation 42-62-5(a)(2).

 

 

There was no vote taken.

 

 

MOTION:  1) Tami Holden, 2) Greg Huet.  To adjourn from Executive Session at 4:11 p.m.  Unanimous vote.
