A. Staff Report – Ms. Boyle reviewed pending projects which she anticipated coming before the Board in the next 2-3 months. These projects include the Wampanoag Ponds condominium development as well as referrals from the Waterfront Commission. The Waterfront District projects include GeoNova East Pointe and the recently filed Phillipsdale Landing.
