IV.              ADOPTION OF FY 2027 OF BUDGET ORDINANCE, discussion and possible–Glenda Delgado, Finance Director

           

1.      Ordinance of the Council of the City of East Providence appropriating $241,508,171 for the support of the city government for the fiscal year ending October 31, 2027

After a Question-and-answer session between the Council, Director of Finance and the Mayor a motion to approve the budget with the $20,000 transfer from City Council budget ($7,000 Legal Services, $13,000 Part Time Employee) was transferred to the Office of Municipal Integrity was approved by a 3-2 vote.
