I.          CALL TO ORDER

II.        EXECUTIVE SESSION

The City Council of East Providence may meet in Executive Session,

pursuant to RIGL §42-46-5 (a)(2) Personnel to conduct interviews of 6 (six) potential City Clerk applicants, notice given

-          Motion made to enter into executive session made by Committee member Councilman Lawson.  Motion seconded by Committee Chair Councilwoman Sousa.  Motion passes 3-0

III.       RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION

-          Motion to reconvene to open session made by Committee Chair Councilwoman Sousa. Motion seconded by Committee member Councilman Lawson.  Motion passes 3-0.

-          Council President Rodericks requests Human Resource Director coordinate through the HR office second call backs and obtain references.  Next special meeting will be held on April 26, 2023 at 6:00pm.  

IV.       MOTION TO SEAL EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES

-          Motion to seal executive session minutes made by Committee member Councilman Lawson.  Motion seconded by Committee Chair Councilwoman Sousa.  Motion passes 3-0.

IV.       ADJOURNMENT

-          Motion to adjourn made by Committee member Councilman Lawson.  Motion seconded by Committee Chair Councilwoman Sousa.  Motion passes 3-0
