A. Workshop – Discussion Only (page numbers refer to the FY23 proposed budget available online, https://stories.opengov.com/eastprovidenceri/published/GpcUM71pe-b and in the City Clerk’s office)

 

1. City Operations

a. Capital – discussed fire department, DPW and planning requests

 

– Request from Councilman Cahoon to add the following items to the October 4, 2022 Council meeting, what ARPA funds have come into the city, itemized expenses of ARPA, and the updated plan for ARPA

 

– Councilman Mourato requests the Council be given the opportunity to ask Finance Director Malcolm Moore questions about Capital and a list of remaining Capital projects from DPW Director Daniel Borges at the October 4, 2022 Council meeting

 

– Councilwoman Sousa requests a list from DPW Director Daniel Borges of streets that are left in the paving project and which streets will have priority at the October 4, 2022 Council meeting

 

IV.       ADJOURNMENT

 

-          Motion to adjourn made by Councilwoman.  Motion seconded by Councilman Mourato.  Motion passes 5-0.
