X. PUBLIC COMMENT
All persons wishing to make public comment shall sign a public comment sheet stating their name, address and the subject of their comments. Each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes. The order of speakers will be on a first come, first serve basis and the maximum time for public comment shall by limited to thirty (30) minutes per meeting.

1. Bold Point concerts and complaints from Providence Residents – Councilman Cahoon – Discussion
- Councilman Cahoon addresses the emails received from Providence residents and Providence Councilman Goncalves about the noise from Bold Point. Council President Britto states that next season Bold Point will not be in operation as they will be constructing a permanent structure stage that will be facing away from the city of Providence
2. Enforcement of the short term rental and illegal motorized vehicles/mini dirt bikes – Councilman Mourato and Councilwoman Sousa – Discussion
- Councilman Mourato stated that the short term rental question has been answered. Councilwoman Sousa asked that the motorized vehicles/mini dirt bikes be added to the docket for 9/20/2022 and the Chief of Police be in attendance

a. Bloomberg Asphalt Arts Project On Saturday, Sept 10th and 11th to come paint alongside artist Anna Dugan for the Bloomberg Asphalt Mural project. The grant-funded project enables Artist Anna Dugan to paint an asphalt mural between Hennessey School and Pierce Field. The artist is requesting approximately 10 people per hour to assist in the creation of this delightful mural.
