5. Transition Silver Spring Avenue between Progress Avenue and Dodge Street to a one-way street heading toward Dodge Street only on school day arrival and dismissal times – Council Vice President Rodericks – Discussion

 

-          Council Vice President Rodericks asks DPW Director Daniel Borges to explain the signage.  Director Borges states there will be new signs put up that will have a bright background versus the white background for better visibility.
