-          Councilman Cahoon, Council Vice President Rodericks, Council President Britto, Councilman Mourato all present.  Councilwoman Sousa not present at roll call.  Councilwoman Sousa arrived at 6:37pm

                -      The following departments were discussed:

                       Fire Department

                      Police – to include Animal Control, Communications and Harbormaster

                     Finance – to include Tax collection, Tax Assessment and Debt Services
