Councilwoman Anna Sousa – Ward 2
Councilman Nate Cahoon – Ward 3
Councilman Ricardo Mourato – Ward 4
I. CALL TO ORDER - Council President Britto called the meeting to order. 
II. OPEN SESSION
Roll call was taken by the City Clerk, Samantha Burnett. All present during roll call, for the exception of Councilman Cahoon who did join post roll call.
III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE – Led by Council President, Robert Britto 
IV. HANDICAP PARKING SPOT APPROVALS – FOR VOTE 
(Councilwoman Anna Sousa)
Motion to approve by Councilwoman Sousa, seconded by Council Vice President Rodericks. Motion passes 4-0.
V. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO PAY INVOICES FOR PRECONSTRUCTION EXPENSES FOR THE NEW EAST PROVIDENCE HIGH SCHOOL-FOR VOTE 
(Councilman Cahoon)
This was tabled until Councilman Cahoon arrived.
This resolution was only for the month of March. Councilwoman Sousa asked if the Council can anticipate these monthly. Councilman Cahoon stated that these will be coming through frequently and can anticipate the amounts (given the example of May, June, July, August) and can be provided. He can give more details, but would have to get back to Councilwoman Sousa to research further.
Motion to approve was made by Councilman Cahoon and seconded by Councilwoman Sousa. Motion passes unanimously.

Motion to approve made by Council Vice President Rodericks, seconded by Councilwoman Sousa. Motion passes 4-0.
Bristol County Water Authority Presentation and Discussion (Public questions welcomed)
The Honorable Mayor DaSilva provides the introduction of Bristol County Water Authority. The Bristol County Water Authority provided the full presentation for the public.
There were several questions in the public hearing and all were addressed.
VIII. ADJOURNMENT – Motion made by Council Vice President Rodericks, seconded by Councilwoman Sousa. Motion passes unanimously.
