The City Council of the City of East Providence may meet in Executive Session pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws 42-46-5(a)(4).

A.    Investigation of Councilman Brian Faria pursuant to Sections 2-2, 2-5, 2-9(7) and 2-12 of the East Providence City Charter including, but not limited to, issuing subpoena(s) pursuant to the Council’s authority under Section 2-5 of the East Providence City Charter for the investigative report of Melody Alger, Esq. and reports of other city employees including, without limitation, the report of the East Providence chief of police or any other relevant police reports as well as witnesses with knowledge of any such reports.

IV.             RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION:  REPORT OUT  VOTES IF ANY TAKEN
