A motion to approve is made by Councilwoman Capobianco, seconded by Councilman Conley and on a roll call vote it is unanimous with Assistant Mayor Cunha and Councilman Britto Absent.
A motion to Adjourn at 8:33AM is made by Councilwoman Capobianco, seconded by Councilman Conley and on a roll call vote it is unanimous with Assistant Mayor Cunha and Councilman Britto Absent.
