RESOLVED, that Michael Farley be appointed Deputy Municipal Court Judge to serve for a term of office concurrent with that of the Council and until his successor is appointed and qualified.

A motion to nominate Michael Farley as Deputy Municipal Court Judge is made by Councilwoman Kleyla, seconded by Assistant Mayor Rose and on a roll call vote, Councilwoman Kleyla, Aye, Councilman Conley, Abstain, Councilman DiGioia, Aye, Assistant Mayor Rose, Aye, Mayor Rogers, Aye, and the motion is approved with one abstention.

A motion to adjourn is made by Councilwoman Kleyla, seconded by Assistant Mayor Rose and on a roll call vote Councilwoman Kleyla, Aye, Councilman Conley, Abstain, Councilman DiGioia, Aye, Assistant Mayor Rose, Aye, Mayor Rogers, Aye, and the motion is approved with one abstention.
