2.  Motion To:      To return to Executive Session and keep the minutes of the Executive Session closed.

III.    TO APPROVE THE CONSENT CALENDAR

All items under CONSENT CALENDAR are considered to be of a routine and noncontroversial nature by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Council member so requests, in which event, the item will be removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR and will be considered in its normal sequence on the docket.

Claim for property damage to vehicle sustained while claimant was backing out of his driveway.  Claimant states the street was not plowed and he slid into his neighbor?s vehicle.  See recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

Claim for property damage sustained when a City snow plow backed into the claimant?s vehicle.

1.  Rita Falaguerra, 6 Glenn Avenue (02915) requesting to address the Council regarding the spaying and neutering of cats in East Providence and the availability of a low cost service for residents.

2.  Meribeth Bowden, 70 Pearl Street (02916) requesting to address the Council regarding low cost spay neuter services offered by East Providence Volunteer Services for Animals.
