Claim for personal injuries sustained as a result of a slip and fall on a sidewalk located on John Street.  The Claims Committee voted at its meeting held on June 2, 2009 to deny the claim.  Claimant has obtained legal counsel who is requesting the opportunity to advise the Committee of his client?s
