Claim for personal injuries sustained as a result of a slip and fall on a sidewalk located on John Street.  The Claims Committee voted at its meeting held on June 2, 2009 to deny the claim.  Claimant has obtained legal counsel who is requesting the opportunity to advise the Committee of his client?s injuries.

Claim for personal injuries sustained as a result of a slip and fall on the sidewalk on Taunton Avenue in front of the Shaw?s Supermarket construction site.  Recommend referral to the insurance carrier.
