On motion of Councilman Silva, seconded by Councilman DiTraglia and on a roll-call vote, it is voted 4 – 0 to approve.
ADJOURNMENT
On motion of Councilwoman Perry, seconded by Councilman Silva, it is voted to adjourn.
Mayor Ramos adjourns the meeting at 5:37p.m.
