CITY OF EAST PROVIDENCE   RHODE ISLAND JOINT COUNCIL/SCHOOL COMMITTEE MEETING JUNE 21, 2005

 

The City Council and School Committee meet at City Hall on Tuesday, June 21, 2005 and the meeting is convened at 6:35 p.m.

                        Councilman Norman J. Miranda

 

                        Eileen S. Lovett

                        David A. Medeiros

                        Robert Faria

                        Mildred Morris

 

                        William J. Conley, Jr., Assistant City Manager

                        Robert M. Silva, School Committee Legal Counsel

 

Absent:             Councilwoman Valerie A. Perry

                        Antone M. Gouveia, Jr.

 

Manuel F. Vinhateiro, Superintendent of Schools passes out a handout entitled East Providence School Department Budget Workshop June, 21, 2005.  Mr. Vinhateiro then reviewed the handout page by page, which is attached hereto.

 

At approximately 7:15 p.m., William J. Fazioli, City Manager arrives at the meeting and he hands out a document entitled City of East Providence Fiscal Year 2006 Budget Outlook.  Mr. Fazioli reviews the information on that document which is attached hereto.

 

The meeting is adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
