Holiday Display Committee

Mayor Larisa would like to reinstitute the Holiday Display Committee and have Councilwoman Perry work with the parents and children on this.

Police Fire & Pension Board Council Liaison

Mayor Larisa would like to defer this appointment to Councilman Peter F. Midgley.  On a motion of Councilman Caine, seconded by Councilman Miranda, it is unanimously voted to approve.

II. CITY MANAGER

On motion of Councilwoman Perry, seconded by Councilman Caine, and on a roll-call vote, it is unanimously voted to go into Executive Session in accordance with Section 42-46-5 of the “Exceptions” of Chapter 46 of the General Laws, pursuant to Section 42-46-5-(a)(2) [Collective Bargaining/Litigation], to discuss proposed litigation. 

The meeting recesses and goes into Executive Session at 5:45 P.M.  The Executive Session adjourns at 7:02 P.M. and returns to open session.  The meeting adjourns at 7:03 P.M.
