The City Council meets in the Council Chamber on Friday, May 4, 2001 and is called to order at 5:32 p.m. by Assistant Mayor Peter F. Midgley.

To Rodrigues Restaurant Inc., dba B&B Sports Tavern, 281 Massasoit Avenue.
Subject to approvals from Chief of Police, Building Inspector, and Health Inspector
Attorney Paul Bettencourt, 1481 Wampanoag Trail, East Providence, Rhode Island, representing the transferee, answers questions from the Council.
It is noted that the Letter of Objection received from Arcaro, Belilove and Kolodney, on behalf of Rhode Island Distributing Co., for indebtedness of $112.50, has been withdrawn.
There is no one from the public wishing to be heard.
On motion of Mr. Rogers, seconded by Mr. Miranda, and on a roll call vote, it is unanimously voted to approve the license. It is noted for the record that Mr. Grant and Mayor Larisa are absent.

On motion of Mr. Rogers, seconded by Mr. Miranda, it is unanimously voted to approve the license. It is noted for the record that Mr. Grant and Mayor Larisa are absent.
