JOURNAL OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

The City Council meets in the Council Chamber on Tuesday, September 26,
1995 and is called to order at 4:40 p.m. by Assistant Mayor Robert D. Sullivan.

Absent: Mayor Rolland R. Grant
Joseph S. Larisa, Jr.
Assistant Mayor Sullivan states that the special meeting has been called for the purpose of voting on the pre-qualification approval for General Contractors to bid on a road resurfacing project, and for requested approval to award a contract for improvements to the City's Wastewater Treatment facility.
John Andrews, Purchasing Agent, answers questions from the Council on the General Contractors' bid.
Motion to approve is made by Mr. Miranda, seconded by Mr. Lynch, and voted 3-0 on a roll call vote, with Mr. Larisa and Mayor Grant noted as being absent.
Mr. Andrews answers questions from the Council regarding theWastewater Treatment Facility improvements.
Motion to approve is made by Mr. Lynch, seconded by Mr. Miranda, and voted 3-0 on a roll call vote, with Mr. Larisa and Mayor Grant noted as being absent.
Motion to adjourn made by Mr. Lynch, seconded by Mr. Miranda.
