Mayor Grant calls the meeting to order at 6:58 p.m.
Mayor Grant states that the meeting has been called to discuss the Council appointments for the coming term. Mr. Conley states that a motion is in order to go into Executive Session, pursuant to the Open Meetings Law to discuss personnel.
Mr. Sullivan asks for a roll call for the members present. Mr. Miranda seconds the motion.
The Clerk calls the roll:

It is noted that Councilman Lynch has been excused and Mr. Larisa is absent.
Motion is made by Mr. Sullivan, seconded by Mr. Miranda, to go into Executive Session.
Roll call vote follows:

Mayor Grant Aye
Motion passes 3-0, with Mr. Larisa and Mr. Lynch noted absent.
The meeting recesses at 7:02 p.m. to go into Executive Session.
Mr. Larisa is present at 7: 1 0 p.m.
The meeting resumes into open session at 7:32 p.m. with Mr. Larisa now present.
Mr. Conley states the discussion was appropriate for Closed Session but the votes taken must
be done in Open Session.
Mr. Conley reminds the Council that appointees do not take office until they are sworn in. Mr. Larisa asks if nominations are going to be voted on tonight and again on December 1st. Mr. Conley suggests that the nominations be made public tonight and voted on December 1st.
Mayor Grant reports the following nominations were made tonight:

Robert D. Sullivan nominated by Mr. Miranda, seconded by Mr. Grant.
Motion by Mr. Larisa to nominate Joseph S. Larisa, had no second.
