1. Update on Negotiations
Mr. Lemont reports that three year contracts have been negotiated with the Steelworkers, Department Heads and Professional & Technical groups, for 5% - 3% and wage reopener. He is presently negotiation with the Fire Department.
2. Personal Comments regarding son, Trooper John Lemont
Mr. Lemont thanks all for their concern for his son, State Trooper John Lemont, who was shot while on duty last month.

1. Draft Resolution of the City Council authorizing and endorsing the application for enterprise zone designation under the Rhode Island Enterprise Zone Program.
Jeanne Boyle comments on the draft resolution. She says the application has beefed up the plan of action and is optimistic on the City receiving the designation, which will benefit new and existing businesses.
Mr. Larisa asks if the CEO should be the City Manager rather than the Mayor. Mr. Conley states that the Mayor signs as the representative for the Council, which is the Corporate Authority. Mr. larisa asks Jeanne Boyle to work with the City Solicitor for the next meeting to draft a resolution urging the General Assembly to give this top priority.

Julia's restaurant for sponsoring a supper for the benefit of Bradley Hospital.
Mr. Larisa receives unanimous consent to discuss Vanderland Avenue. He says the State has placed about 700 granite slabs there and the neighbors were never notified.
He says he has asked the City Manager to look into the matter.
