Mayor Grant opens the meeting at 4:00 p.m. and states that this special meeting has been called to give final passage to a bond ordinance.

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $9,200,000 TO REFUND A PORTION OF THE PRESENTLY OUTSTANDING $15,600,000 CITY OF EAST PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS.

Motion to approve for final passage is made by Mr. Sullivan, seconded by Mr. Miranda, and voted on a roll call vote:

Motion passes 3-0, with Mr. Larisa and Mr. Lynch noted absent.
Resolution determining certain matters relating to the manner in which the not to exceed $9,200,000 general obligation refunding bonds issued for the purpose of refunding a portion of the city's $15,600,000 general obligation bonds shall be issued and sold and authorizing the director of finance and the mayor to determine certain finance and the mayor to determine certain other matters relating thereto.
Motion to adopt is made by Mr. Sullivan, seconded by Mr. Miranda, followed by a roll call vote:
