William J. Conley, Jr., City Solicitor
Valerie A. Perry, City Clerk
Mr. Lemont says the Police Department will not accept a 3% increase and have filed for arbitration. He says he would like to offer a multi-year contract. He asks to be given the authorization to explore this with the union.
Motion is made by Mr. Lynch, seconded by Mr. Miranda, to explore a multi-year (3 year) contract. Motion passes unanimously on a roll call vote.
The Executive Session closes at 10:50 p.m.
