RE: SCHOOL DEPARTMENT BUDGET

The City Council meets in the Council Chamber on Tuesday, January 12, 1993, and is called to order at 8:15 P.M. by Mayor Rolland R. Grant.

School Department Budget
Mayor Grant says some important information has come up with respect to the Open Meetings Law, and defers to the City Solicitor.
Mr. Conley states that the meeting was posted as a joint meeting of the City Council and the School Committee, and was noticed by the procedures regarding the City Council. However, the School Committee requirements for meeting notices has not been met.
Meeting is adjourned at 8:30 P.M. on motion of Mr. Sullivan, seconded by Mr. Miranda.
