Motion to approve, subject to Police Chief's approval made by Mr. Sullivan, seconded by Mr. Lynch. Motion passes 3-0 on a roll-call vote, with Mr. Larisa and Mr. Miranda noted absent.
Oscar Elmasian - 159 Pavilion Avenue
Requesting to block off Ray Street to Redland Avenue for a block party on August 28, 1993, beginning at 12:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
Motion to approve subject to Police Chief's approval, made by Mr. Lynch, seconded by Mr. Mr. Sullivan. Motion passes 3-0 with Mr. Larisa and Mr. Miranda noted absent.
