B. Discussion and vote to amend the approved recommendation of City Council and School Committee compensation to factor in cost of living  

      (Commissioner Vinhateiro)

      This item would amend the commission’s previously approved pay raises for the city council and school committee to include language that would account for increases in cost of living adjustments not to exceed 3% per year as determined by the Consumer Price Index.

C. Discussion and vote on proposed budget amendment presented by the law department.

    This item will also feature City Finance Director Malcolm Moore to help answer questions regarding the proposed charter change.

D. Vote to approve substantive changes to the city charter.

E. Vote to transmit approved substantive recommendations to the City Council
