Koziol, Sr., of 877 High St., Central Falls) is seeking Use Variances for relief from Article III, Section 304, Table 1 – Use Regulations, to operate a firearms manufacturing and sales business in an R-3 residential zone.

b. Application #ZB-22-12: Request for Dimensional Variances

Henry Andrade, of 507 Great Rd., Lincoln, RI, applicant and owner of 37 Clifton St. (Plat 9, Lot 12, in an R-2 two-household district) is seeking Dimensional Variances for relief from Article IV, Sec. 401 (minimum lot area, minimum lot area per dwelling unit) and Article VIII, Sec. 801.1 Location of required parking spaces, to construct a two-unit residential structure.
