I.            Call to Order

The meeting was called to order by Board Chair Kevin Marchand at 6:20 p.m.

II.            Roll Call

Board Members:

·         Kevin Marchand, Chair, present

·         Kevin Kazarian, Vice-Chair, present

·         Ann Peckham, present

·         Daniel Klotz, absent

·         Andres Flores, absent

·         Gary Berdugo (1^st Alternate), present

The meeting was staffed by Jim Vandermillen, Assistant Director, Planning and Economic Development

As only four members were present, Mr. Marchand entertained a motion to continue the meeting to September 21, 2021, at 6:00 pm.  Ms. Peckham moved to continue the meeting to September 26, 2021, at 6:00 pm; Mr. Berdugo seconded.  The motion passed.  The meeting would be held at 1280 High Street.

III.            Adjournment

Mr. Marchand entertained a motion to adjourn.  Mr. Berdugo moved to adjourn; Ms. Peckham seconded.  The meeting adjourned at 6:29 pm.
