1)      Roll Call

Roll call was conducted by Sonia Grace, City Clerk/Purchasing Agent. Present were Donald Godin and Jose Ortiz. Janette Sanchez was not present.

2)     Pledge of Allegiance

Pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States was recited.

            Ms. Cynthia Dejesus joined the meeting at 12:11pm.

3)     Consideration of Bid Award

2016 3 Yard International Construction Dump Truck 4x2 or Equal With 10’ Plow and Sander- Sealed Bid 20150009

Motion to approve the bid award was made by Mr. Godin, seconded by Mr. Ortiz. Discussion of the board, with Ms. Elaine Partridge, Director of the Department of Public works pertaining to the cost and choice of vendors.

Mr. Godin withdrew motion on the table.

Motion to award bid to Industrial Motor, Inc., if funds exist to cover the higher cost. was made by Mr. Godin, seconded by Mr. Ortiz. Motion carried 3-0.

4)     Adjournment

Motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Godin. Meeting adjourned at 12:15pm.
