Pledge of Allegiance was led by Jose Ortiz.

3)     Consideration of Bid Award

Auditing Services- Bid Number 20150006

Finance Director Cynthia DeJesus discussed the terms and pricing of the Bid. Bid was awarded to Marcum Group LLP of 155 South Main St. Providence, RI. Motion to approve was made by Donald Godin seconded by Jose Ortiz. Motion passed 2/0.

4)     Bid Opening

a.      2016 3 Yard International Construction Dump Truck 4x2 or Equal With 10’ Plow and Sander- Sealed Bid 20150009

Bid was opened by Assistant City Clerk, Sean Murphy.

Bid was submitted by Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram SRT for a total of $75,458.

Bid was submitted by Coastal International Trucks LLC for a total of $85,815.

b.      Request for Proposals for Demolition Services-RFP Number 20150008

Director of Planning and Economic Development Peter Friedrichs had a memorandum to be delivered to the board members. Motion was made to approve the following vendors ABM Enterprise, LLC; JR Vinagro Corporation; M Pacella Excavating, LLC; by Donald Godin and seconded by Jose Ortiz. Motion passed 2/ 0
