Meeting Minutes
Meeting was called to order at 5:31pm
1) Roll Call
Roll call was conducted by Sonia Grace, City Clerk/Purchasing Agent. Present were Donald Godin and Jose Ortiz. Janette Sanchez was not present.
2) Pledge of Allegiance
Pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States was recited.
3) Bid Opening
a. Request for Proposals for a Developer of The Landing-RFP Number 20150010
Two proposals were submitted for RPF 20150010. First proposal was submitted by Pawtucket Central Falls Development and the second proposal was submitted by Tai-O Group.
Mr. Peter Friedrichs, Director of Planning and Economic Development described the project and the proposal evaluation process.
b. On Call Snow Plowing Services- Bid 20150011
Two bids were submitted for Bid 20150011. First bid was from S&D Road Service and the second from Industrial Motors.
4) Adjournment
Motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Godin. Meeting adjourned at 6:01pm.
