1.       Roll Call

A meeting was called to place at the following location at 5:30pm. Members Donald Godin and Jose were present. Assistant City Clerk Sean Murphy was also there.

2.      Pledge of Allegiance

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Donald Godin.

3.      Bid Award

a.      Demolition of fire damaged house (661 Pine St, Assessor’s Plat 8, Lot 154)-Bid Number 20150003 (Reissued)

Donald Godin made a motion to accept R+P Constructions bid pending available City Funds. Seconded by Jose Ortiz. Motion moves 2-0.

b.      Seasonal and Temporary Commercial Use of 1420 Broad St. Central Falls, The Landing- Bid Number 20150005

Motion made by Jose Ortiz to accept proposal as written by Carlos Tobon (The Blue Heron) Seconded by Donald Godin. Motion moves 2-0.
