1.       Roll Call

A meeting was called to place at the following location at 12:00 noon. Members Donald Godin and Jose were present. Assistant City Clerk Sean Murphy was also there.

2.      Pledge of Allegiance

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Donald Godin.

3.      Bid Opening

a.      Demolition of fire damaged house (661 Pine St, Assessor’s Plat 8, Lot 154)-Bid Number 20150003 (Reissued)

Donald Godin made a motion to accept and place on file a bid from R+P Construction for $34,650. Jose Ortiz seconded. Motion moves 2-0.

b.      Seasonal and Temporary Commercial Use of 1420 Broad St. Central Falls, The Landing- Bid Number 20150005

Jose Ortiz made a motion to place on file Carlos Tobon’s (The Blue Heron) request for proposal. Donald Godin seconded. Motion moves 2-0.

4.      Adjournment

Motion made to adjourn Donald Godin, seconded by Jose Ortiz. Meeting adjourned 12:15.
