I.            Call to Order

The meeting was called to order by Chair Michael Lester at 7:11 pm

II.            Roll Call

The meeting was staffed by Jim Vandermillen, Assistant Director of Planning & Economic Development and Tyler Miller, Esq., Darrow Everett (legal counsel).

III.            Pledge of Allegiance

Michael Lester asked all present to rise for the Pledge of Allegiance. 

IV.            Approval of Minutes

a.       May 26, 2021 meeting

Michael Lester entertained a motion to approve the minutes of the May 26, 2021 meeting.  Moved by Leslie Moore, Seconded by Victoria Huang.  The motion to approve the minutes passed unanimously.

As only three Board members were present, Michael Lester entertained a motion to continue the meeting to Tuesday October 19 at 6:00 pm.  Moved by Leslie Moore, Seconded by Victoria Huang.  The motion passed unanimously.

Michael Lester entertained a motion to adjourn.  Leslie Moore moved to adjourn; Victoria Huang seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
