A meeting of License Commissioners was held on the above date; in the above location at 8:25 pm. President Benson presided. Richard Kirby, Esq. Solicitor for the City was present.

Elaine Partridge, Dir. of Code Enforcement was present to give an update. Some work done, not enough to give Certificate of Occupancy.
Law department gave an opinion on granted but not picked up licenses.
Motion to grant a continuance until November meeting, by Councilor Ferri, seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All agreed. So voted. 4 yes 2 absent
Motion to adjourn made by Councilor Delahoz, seconded by Councilor Corrales. Time: 7:14pm
